Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of JewelLink websites, applications, training content, messaging tools, AI features, and related services provided by Jewelry Sales Academy LLC.
Use of Services
Customers and authorized users may use JewelLink only for lawful business purposes related to jewelry retail operations, clienteling, training, communications, analytics, and store workflows. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting login credentials.
Customer Data
Customer owns the information submitted to the services, including client records, form responses, messages, training records, store activity, and related business data. JewelLink may process that information to provide, secure, support, improve, and operate the services.
AI Features
AI features may generate suggestions, summaries, training responses, workflow recommendations, or other outputs. Users remain responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for customer communications, employment decisions, legal compliance, or business operations.
Fees and Subscriptions
Paid plans, billing intervals, included features, and cancellation terms are described in the applicable order, invoice, or written agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once a subscription period begins.
Service Availability
JewelLink works to provide reliable access, but services may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party systems, internet failures, emergencies, security work, or events outside reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JewelLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or loss of data.

SMS/MMS Messaging Policy
This policy applies to SMS and MMS messages sent through JewelLink or connected messaging providers.
Consent
Customers are responsible for obtaining and documenting appropriate consent before sending text messages to consumers. Message recipients should understand who is sending messages and what type of communication they may receive.
Opt-Out
Recipients must be able to opt out of messaging. Standard opt-out keywords such as STOP should be honored promptly, and customers should not continue non-essential messaging after an opt-out request unless legally permitted.
Message Content
Messages must be lawful, accurate, respectful, and related to legitimate business purposes. Prohibited content includes spam, deceptive offers, harassment, illegal goods or services, and messages that violate carrier or platform rules.
Rates and Delivery
Message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on carriers, recipient devices, third-party providers, and network conditions. JewelLink cannot guarantee delivery or timing for every message.
Compliance
Customers are responsible for complying with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines, carrier requirements, privacy laws, and other rules that apply to their messaging programs.

Acceptable Use Policy
Users may not misuse JewelLink, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions of the platform, upload malicious code, scrape data without permission, or use the services to violate law or third-party rights.
JewelLink may suspend or restrict access when necessary to protect users, customers, consumers, third-party providers, or the platform.
